Are you ready to let go of the daily nagging thoughts, the “I’m not good enough” mantra, and the seemingly endless chatter that keeps you stuck in a life of suffering? Even though we tell ourselves that these thoughts are “no big deal,” we’ve all experienced the moments that show us how big of a deal they can be!
Whether you experience a quiet aching for something more in your life, or are stricken by an overwhelming sense of grief, frustration, anger, or despair, there is a place within you that is pure peace and endless freedom from this perceived “norm.”
Journey back to center, your center, and remember the truth that you once knew: you are enough, you are loved, you ARE love, and you are perfect exactly as you are. There is no pathway, no road to take. There is no need to travel through suffering to discover freedom. There is, however, an opportunity to allow curiosity to be your guide.
We invite you to take a risk and to dive deeply into yourself, into your truth. Know the inner calm and joy that comes with reconnecting to your inner presence. Join us for five days and experience all of yourself: your beauty and your perceived ugliness. Discover the courage, strength, and power that you are as you descend into the darkness with the curiosity of a child exploring a cave of wonders! Allow the connections to the other participants to support you; held and loved in a safe space to “let go.” Lift yourself into the clear greatness of Self as you rise into a new life, a new way of experiencing the world around you, and a new vision of just how beautiful you are, right here; right now.
Fear, anxiety disorder, grief, and panic attacks can all dissolve in the clarity of your inner calm. People spend lifetimes looking for the “correct path” to inner calm. There is no path. YOU are what you’ve been looking for all along.
The present moment is where life happens, yet too many of us miss it entirely. We cling to hope for the future or grieve the losses of the past. By refocusing our gaze on the present, all things become possible and our experience is limitless.
For some reason, we believed it when we were told to “grow up” and we let go of the joy that our childhood thrived on. That spark has not gone out and you can rekindle it with the breath of presence.
There is no such thing as time. We were raised to believe in the past, present and future model, but it is a false narrative. When you recognize the illusion of time and become present, everything changes.
Too often people make decisions out of fear or haste, believing that something has to change, and right away. When you embrace the truth that nothing has to change, and everything is perfect in each moment, you take decisive action from a place of calm and directed clarity.
When we live a life awake to inner presence and focused on this present moment, our relationships change. We see each other for who we are, right now, and the pain of the past and fear of the future fall away. It’s never too late to rekindle a love you considered lost, or to be losing its way.
Understand that suffering is not actually what happens to you, it’s the story you tell yourself about what happened. Our minds think they’re helping us by keeping us trapped us in endless cycles of sadness, fear, and anger; all of which are emotions of suffering. There is a different way.
We’ve all heard the voice in our heads that loves to tell us we are doing something wrong or that we should be this, that, or the other. By quieting this voice and learning to expand self-love, you’ll foster an inner guide that is focused on your best interests. Free yourself from the painful inner judge.
Most relationships are glued together by either the fear of losing each other, or a codependence that cannot be stripped away. When you build relationships without fear or expectations, you are free to love and be loved at a level you may not have known was possible.
You have everything you need in the present moment. There is no way that it could be otherwise. When you recognize the perfection of this moment, time disappears, opportunities open, and the concept of trust shifts away from trusting others to knowing that you can handle anything that comes your way.
You’ve been living a lie; a lie that you’ve been telling yourself for years. “You’re not good enough,” “you’re too this or that,” “you should be or do x, y, or z,” “you’ll never…” These are all lies you’ve believed for far too long. Rediscover the truth that has never left you, yet has been buried, and free yourself from the burdens of suffering.
My definition of power: When I know who I am and I choose to stand openly in my vulnerability. Discover the power of your vulnerability. When you know your truth, live in the present moment, and share yourself honestly, you inspire everyone around you. Be the light for others that you wish had been there to guide you.
