Andrew Morrison
Andrew has a passion for straw bale construction that was matched only by his desire to teach others and help support them to be who they wish to be. His wealth of experience in designing and building conventional, tiny, and straw bale homes was the foundation upon which the strawbale.com community was built upon. After years of being a builder/contractor himself, he had moved his practice entirely to consulting and teaching.
He shared his knowledge with thousands of people via his video series, book, this website, and hands-on workshops he taught each year. He is enjoying retirement and exploring what is possible in this next chapter of his life.
Gabriella Morrison
Gabriella brought her video editing and filming skills to the strawbale.com team as well as a life-long interest in sustainable construction and straw bale technology. She earned a B.A. from Hampshire College in Wildlife Conservation and was glad to be involved in a project that prioritizes the outreach of sustainable technology. She was the cinematographer for the series of How-To Instructional Straw Bale videos, as well as the prior marketing director for Strawbale.com.
